It is a beautiful deep garnet color, with gentle yet luscious flavor. This wine has bold black fruit that gently rolls across your palate. It then bursts with blackberries, black cherries and chocolate. Batten down the hatches and be prepared to be amazed! Open and let it breath for a couple hours for all the flavors to open up. Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot.

Velvety and soft with great fruit. It’s the best of Spring Mountain fruit and Atlas Peak fruit.This wine went through most of the fermentation cold as by the time I finally figured out the lines were clogged, from the earthquake, the 3-day cold soak turned into a 8 day…The extraction of the fruit flavors is phenomenal!! The wine displays bright red color and enticing aromas of blackberries and red cherries, with a hint of spice and cassis. The mouth feel is velvety and round with a long finish. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot.
