Velvety and soft with great fruit. It’s the best of Spring Mountain fruit and Atlas Peak fruit. Lush and bursting with fruit ! Blackberries, Dark Cherries and a hint of chocolate …..It is a beautiful deep garnet color, with the initial aromatics of black cherries. 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Spring Mountain
It is full of blackberry, ripe fig, violet perfume and plum which are surrounded by dark chocolate, cedar and cassis. The mouth feel is velvety and round with a pleasing finish. 2012 Bella’s Blend, Spring Mountain Proprietary Red Wine
Deep purple color with lots of dark fruit colors. Deep dark purple in color, with the initial aromatics of blackberries. After you roll it around on your palette the dark plum, blackberries and dark cherries open up with a touch of minerality; the finish is long and lingering as the flavors continue to unravel.
